One form of CHEAP Housing 12-29-09
I heard a lady by the name of Niki Raapana talking about her Gertee the other day. I checked it out and was very impressed, I’m a simple person. It is a form of a Mongolian Yurt and the American TeePee. What really struck me was it can be built of Found objects and it is considered a tent.
Upon checking on it I found some very elaborate ones that were finished out very nice. You can put two or more together to make separate areas, and even make a loft if the height is tall. You are only limited by your own imagination.

The uses for these are endless but what I liked about them is how they could be used in the future. You could even make one now and it would be ready when needed. What ideas do you have to share?
